Detailed Proposal

Your Detailed Proposal contains two parts: (1) a detailed description (which is used for your trip's website listing) and (2) a detailed budget (which is used for estimating your trip's income and expenses). And if your trip is to a new location, you must also include details of the new route/place for the Mountaineers website.

This is the template you should use when creating your trip's website listing.

Template: Detailed Budget

This is the template you should use when creating your trip's budget. Note that it contains multiple tabs, where you can detail your trip's income, expenses, and leader costs.

Template: Route/Place

If your trip is to a new location, this template details how to submit a new route/place for the Mountaineers website. NOTE: The activity title given to your activity will be the name of the Route-Place you choose! If your activity is captured within an existing Route-Place but the current Route-Place title doesn't adequately capture your activity, you do not need to request a new Route-Place - you only need to request an alternate Route-Place title.

Leader Checklist: Detailed Proposal

This is the checklist you can use to ensure that your detailed proposal contains all of the required information. The Global Adventures committee will also use this checklist in their reviews of detailed proposals.
