Since 1906, The Mountaineers has been led by volunteers passionate about outdoor education, discovery, and conservation. We have thousands of volunteer leaders working to deepen the impact of our mission to enrich the community by helping people explore, conserve, learn about, and enjoy the lands and waters of the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
