Port of Seattle - Tourism Marketing Support Program
Thank you to Port of Seattle for their support of our book Hiking the Wonderland Trail, 2nd Edition and three forthcoming titles.
Hiking the Wonderland Trail is the authoritative guide to planning and enjoying the world-class trail that circumnavigates Washington’s Mount Rainier.

4CULTURE provides funding and support for the cultural work that makes King County vibrant.
Thank you to 4CULTURE for their support of Cascadia Field Guide.
Cascadia Field Guide: Art, Ecology, Poetry blends art and science to celebrate this diverse yet interconnected region through natural and cultural histories, poetry, and illustrations. Organized into 13 bioregions, the guide includes entries for everything from cryptobiotic soil and the western thatching ant to the giant Pacific octopus and Sitka spruce.

National Endowment for the Arts
We are the recipient of an FY 2026 grant award from the National Endowment for the Arts. This funding supports Alaska Literary Field Guide: Art, Ecology, Poetry by Marybeth Holleman, Shaelene Moler, and Nancy Lord. Organized by ecosystem, Alaska Literary Field Guide is both an artistic tribute and an educational invitation to connect with the land, water, wildlife, and spirit of the Last Frontier. It’s a field guide like no other--both a reference and a work of art.
