Leavenworth/Plain Nordic Ski tour

Due to the traveling distance, the ski trip is best done with overnight lodging. For each of the 3 days, there will be a cross-country ski tour option.

Travel:  Driving distance from Seattle is 110 miles (a little over 2 hrs) traveling over Stevens Pass (Hwy 2), or 148 miles (about 2.5 hrs) traveling over Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and Blewett Pass (Hwy 97).  It will be necessary to either have 4 wheel drive with good traction tires and/or carry chains during the winter time.  Carpooling is also an option and more information will be shared as we get closer to the trip time.

Lodging: Leader has a cabin in Plain that participants are welcome to stay in.   The cabin has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people in 5 separate beds. There is a cozy fireplace, covered hot tub, tv and wifi.  Cost is 25$ per person/per night plus a share in the $130 cleaning fee payable directly to leader.
