Becoming a leader 1: Mentored Trip planning form
PRIOR to trip, Leader-in-Training fills out this trip planning form, and provides a copy to Mentor. After trip (when ready for Qualification), Leader-in-Training sends copy to Leadership Coordinator (or Scrambling Chair) so Committee can evaluate candidate's preparedness.

Becoming a leader 2 -- Mentor Evaluation Form
PRIOR to trip, Leader-in-Training provides copy of this form to Mentor. After the trip, the Mentor fills it out and provides it to both the Leader-in-Training, and the Leadership Coordinator. This form is a key part of the Committee's evaluation of the candidate when voting for qualification.

After mentored trip (when ready for Qualification), Leader-in-Training fills out this short form and sends to Leadership Coordinator (or Scrambling Chair). The Committee evaluates this form when voting for qualification.
