Intensive Basic 2026 (Goodman A & B)

Rentals Team (Arina Abbott, Lydia Cleveland, Elliann Thayne) confirmed with Ben Packard and Jenni Weisman about space use to accommodate Pocock Rowing event:

• Climbers clear out of Goodman A & B at 3:00pm to allow Mountaineers facilities team to work on event setup in Goodman A & B, Cascade, and Lobby from 3pm-5pm while IB continues programming in Goodman C and other listed facility spaces 
• Pocock team arrives for set up at 5pm
• Climbers clear out of Goodman C at 5:30pm
• Facilities completes final setup in Goodman C from 5:30–6:00pm
• Pocock event begins at 6pm, ends at 8pm, and departs at 9pm
