We will cover cardiovascular endurance, anaerobic training, strength training, flexibility and mobility exercises, and recovery elements specific to hiking, trekking, scrambling, climbing, and backpacking. Participants will come away with a better understanding of how to mix training components into a weekly, monthly, and seasonal plan specific to their body’s needs and sports.
Designed for anyone involved in pack carrying sports, from urban walking to alpine climbing, but all are welcome.
