A refresher and review of all skills instructed in the Alpine Rock course. This is a requirement for all Following Alpine Rock alumni planning to instruct or lead climbs for the Following Alpine Rock group. We will discuss new concepts and skills.
We will also discuss course schedule, logistics, instructor and student expectations.

Fixed line ascension and how it could progress to more self- rescue skills.
Teaching lead belay skills
