Climbing Conditioner - Mount Si Main Trail

Conditioning hike at a 2 hour pace for SMC-R SIG. Other climb and scramble students are welcome.

Meet at the TH ready to go at 5:30pm. Exact details to be confirmed by email.

The primary goal for the hike is to work on our fitness and set expectations for fitness requirements for successful climbs with the Basic Alpine Course.

We will aim to get to the bench at the base of the haystack in 2 hours or less. You should carry weight with this in mind.

I will bring a scale and we can weigh packs if you want to use this hike for your fitness check.
