Navigation Planning

Start planning for 2021. We'll focus on online coursework and include GPS this time around. I'm particularly interested in discussions about changing our field days, though I'm not sure we can make the changes we need in the time we have. I'm pretty excited about what Foothills has done with their field exercise, which integrates map, compass, and GPS with team movement through the woods, in a more realistic and integrated way than we do. I'd also like to avoid those enormous blackberries in the creek midway through the long nav.
