  • Meany Lodge weekend reboot for 2020: timing is on the calendar, but we'll need to gear up/organize earlier than last year. Who's already able to volunteer/get involved? What's needs polished/changing to be able to start making our push for signups.
  • 2020 courses: intro to frontcountry trail running, intro to backcountry trail running, and a new backcountry trail running conditioning series (drafted and maintained by Gabrielle). We should speak more about when they should take place, who's wanting/able to get involved, and what will that look like?
  • Winter trail running course: Should we offer an abbreviated course on winter trail running? Like 1 session and 1 trail run and maybe a snowshoe run?
  • Committee lifecycle and possibly adopting a more regular committee meeting cycle: a revisit to our lifecycle diagram with updating to account for the new courses. This feeds into the conversation about courses, timing, and availability in order to make sure we are working towards healthy and sustainable committee with clear on goals / expectations; making sure no one needs to bite off more than they can chew and that this maintainable. On a related note, there's the potential to switch to a regular cycle (first ___ day of the month, skipping busier months like December) or choosing dates much further in advance. What are folks' thoughts here?
  • Holiday shenanigans!!! (I'm thinking January because perhaps more folks will be back?)
