Winter Trail Running Conditioning Course runs from 5-7 miles. You will need to complete 2 course runs per month over Dec, Jan and Feb to graduate.

The route will head into the park, loop by the water, and come back to make ~ 5mi with 67 ft of gain. All Paces Welcome - this is one of the flattest runs you will see in the series!

We will meet at The Mountaineers Seattle Program Center at 6:30am.There are restrooms around the park and I will open the SPC after this run so people can use the restroom there before heading home as needed. Free to park!

  • Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended
