Trail Running Course

Winter Trail Running Conditioning Series

Don’t let the dark winter months and rain get you down! Join us for progressive trail runs in December, January, and February. Explore new local trails and connect with other runners along the way.

This course aims to help participants develop their fitness and connect with other trail runners during the winter months. It is structured as a series of progressive frontcountry runs that will slightly increase in distance and/or elevation from Jan to Feb to Mar.
