This is a great option for those looking for some stair work mixed in with their running! We will be starting out by the boat ramp and head towards the first natural track past all the parking. We will then head up the stairs under the train and do the second loop through the woods by the dog park. We will finish by walking at a steady pace up the stairs to the top of the park. We will then return the same way we came. We will then repeat this 2.4 mile route again and return to our cars.

We will run the flats/loops and walk the stairs! All Paces Welcome. For those who want to run the stairs, feel free but will wait for the group at the top so that we stick together. It is extremely dark in this park at night so please pack those headlamp(e)s!

We will meet at 6:00am at the Golden Gardens Garden near the Boat Ramp! There is plenty of free parking around, but please do not park in the trailer spots closest to the road as you will get a hefty ticket (from personal experience :) .

There are restrooms around the park if needed!
