Winter Trail Running Conditioning Course runs from 6+ miles. You will need to complete 2 course runs per month over Dec, Jan and Feb to graduate.

We will follow a counter-clockwise loop for ~6.5 miles total distance with 995 ft elevation gain, following several Cougar trails: Crosstown, Marshalls Hill, DeLeo Wall, and Indian. 

We will run the flats and downhills and power hike the uphills. All paces welcome! Concerns about pace please let me know!

Meet at 8:00am at Beit Tikvah synagogue ready to run. No passes required. There is no toilet available at trailhead.

Directions: From I-90—Take I-405S and drive south until Exit 10 for Coal Creek Pkwy. Drive south for about 3 miles to SE79th Pl and turn left. Then turn right onto 136th Ave SE. Park along the street.
