Winter Trail Running Conditioning Course runs from 5-7 miles. You will need to complete 2 course runs per month over Dec, Jan and Feb to graduate.

Since Bridle Trails park closes at sunset, we will run from Bridle Trail down to Marymoor and back without entering the park. We will run along Bridle Crest and the edge of the  Golf Course, past RedWest and through Westside Park to Marymoor. Within Marymoor, we will make a loop run through the dog park and the bird watching area, then return to Bridle Trails the way we came.

Meet at 5:30  (ready to run) at the corner of NE 60th St and 132nd Ave NE (by the NE corner entrance to Bridle Trails State Park)  Since parking is on the street, no parking pass is required.

  • Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended
