IMPORTANT: Route change due to trail closure. Winter Trail Running Conditioning Course runs from 4-6 miles. You will need to complete 2 course runs per month over Dec, Jan, and Feb to graduate.

We will run at an easy conversational pace with power hiking uphill and running flat and down sections. We will run as a group. Expected total time is 1 hour 15 minutes.
Parking pass: not required for East Sunset TH.

Meet at East Sunset Trailhead at 6:00am. Ready to run by 6:10 am.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities for this course's activities.
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended
- Warm mid-weight layer (e.g. down vest or wool long sleeve)
- Trail running shoes
- A small day pack suitable for trail running
