Discover Pass Required.

There are bathrooms near the parking lot, but the ones on route may not be open.

The goal is to focus on maintaining our pace on longer uphills and running downhill safely and in control. We will be doing a loop with a pretty intense hill twice. The loop is 2.5 miles with 500ft of elevation gain.

We’ll start with a quick ~.5 mile warm up on the flats before doing the loop. During the warm up, we can discuss individual goals and techniques people want to cover. First we’ll go counter clockwise, with 420ft of elevation gain over .85 miles at the end. Then we’ll return to the start, turn around, and do the loop clockwise, with 300ft of elevation gain over .6 miles at the end. There will be a ~.5 mile cool down.
