We'll power hike up (20 mins/mile) and run down (10 mins/mile). This is a great steep uphill climb to build strength and endurance! Plan to work a bit hard on the uphill and maintain a steady pace. Don't forget your headlamp.

The goal is to catch the sunset and views of Mt Rainier before turning around and running down.

We will stay together as a group.
