We will meet at 8AM at Red Town TH.
This session focuses on active recovery and will offer 1.5- and 3-mile options. You can see the 1.5mi loop HERE.
A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, and sunglasses
- Trail running shoes
- A small day pack or belt
