Intro to Frontcountry Trail Running - Lake to Lake Trail and Greenway

Learn and practice trail running skills at a local frontcountry trail.

  • Meet at Phantom Lake Park in Bellevue at 6:00pm.   Park address: 2064-2098 156th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98007.

We'll start at Phantom Lake park then run on sidewalks and a dirt path to Weowna Park, run on the trails in Weowna Park, and then retrace our steps to Phantom Lake park.  There is a bathroom at Phantom Lake park.

We should have  cell phone coverage throughout this run.

Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.

  • Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses, gaiters are recommended.
  • Trail running shoes
  • A small day pack 
  • Bring snacks and water.
  • Headlamp - just in case
  • In accordance with current COVID-19 guidance - you may need to bring a face covering and hand sanitizer.
