A Mountaineers membership is one way to say “get out there and have fun!” Your loved one can activate their one-year membership whenever it makes the most sense for them. They’ll be able to access free activities; member rates on courses, events, and lodge stays; discounts on Mountaineers Books; and deals on gear and travel. Stuff a stocking with tickets to one or both screenings at Benaroya Hall in Seattle on January 14 & 15. This is our most well-attended event for good reason! Shop the sale at our independent bookstore

Our Bookstore at Magnuson Park in Northeast Seattle has adventure stories, guidebooks galore, Mountaineers swag, a new children’s section, and other gifts specially curated for our community. From December 1 until December 31, members and non-members alike receive 25% off books, 35% off book bundles, 40% off merchandise, and 50% off our ‘seconds’ shelf. You can even use your visit to pick up your maps, Discover Pass, Northwest Forest Service Pass, or Sno-Park Permit! Check our website for holiday season hours.

The Mountaineers partners with local nonprofits to sustainably recycle our old laptops or refurbish them for continued use in other community-oriented programs. If you have electronics in working order that you’d like to donate, bring them to the Seattle Program Center.
