Event details
We encourage attendees to dress a notch up from their last Mountaineers trip as we mingle over wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
The first hour of the event will be dedicated to social time and themed games, where attendees can score tickets for a prize giveaway which will feature original art, books, unique experiences, and gift cards. Then, we'll enjoy Mexican food and a selection of sweet treats at a potluck dessert table. Nearly everything has been crafted, donated, or heavily discounted by local businesses - and even some fellow volunteers!
Beyond food, drinks, and prizes, the heart of the banquet is the presentation of the Activity and Branch Service Awards. We are excited to officially recognize our Super Volunteers, Key Leaders, and Key Instructors whose expertise and passion have kept our programs running strong. Whether you spent last year teaching basic climbing skills, leading backcountry treks, or managing committee logistics, this night is for you.
