Seattle Branch Volunteer Appreciation Banquet - Celebrating 2025

Volunteers are the heart and soul of The Mountaineers.  This Volunteer Appreciation event is to acknowledge our Key Leaders, Instructors and Super Volunteers' immense service to the Seattle Branch. Registration is open by invite only to Key Leaders, Super Volunteers, and Key Instructors for 2025 plus a guest until December. Expanded registration will open thereafter. This event is free and at no cost to you to attend. 

Join fellow volunteers from across the branch as we cheers to all we’ve accomplished together. Fuel up with a build-your-own Chipotle buffet, dive into a delightfully eclectic potluck dessert table, and sip on wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks. Jump into themed games and activities to score tickets for our prize giveaway—your key to potentially winning original art, books, and unique experiences from Mountaineers members, plus grand-prize gift cards and swag from awesome local businesses. It’s our way of saying thank you for everything you do. 

We highly encourage dressing a notch up from your Mountaineers trip last weekend. 

5:30-6:30- Food and Social Hour with Games/Activities

6:30-8pm- Activity and Branch Service Awards and Prize Giveaway
