Have you taken up a new activity, misplaced a piece of equipment, or been waiting for a sale to purchase something on your " wish list"? Come to the Used Gear Sale and go home with some bargains.
eVENT DETAILS
- Date and time: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 6:30 to 8:30pm
- Location: Friends Meeting Hall, 3201 Boston Harbor Drive Olympia, WA
- What's for sale? Gear and clothing (adult and children) for activities like hiking, backpacking, scrambling, climbing, kayaking, snowshoeing, and Nordic skiing.

- Free entry for shoppers: Mountaineers members and non-members
SELLERS
- Sellers must be a member of the Mountaineers
- Sellers must register as a seller and pay a $10 registration fee
- Items are limited to equipment and gear that can be used in Mountaineers activities
- Sellers will be allowed into the Friends Meeting Hall from 5:30 to 6:30pm for set up
- Please bring a variety of bills to make change
- Sellers keep all proceeds
- All unsold items must be removed by 9pm
shoppers
- This event is free and open to all!
- Doors open at 6:30pm
- Shoppers should bring cash for payment (some sellers might accept checks or online payments like Venmo and Paypal; credit and debit cards are not accepted)
Volunteers needed
Volunteers are needed to help set up and break down tables, assist sellers in setting up, and network with shoppers. Please sign up as an assistant leader to volunteer!
