Olympia Mountaineers Used Gear Sale

Open 5:30 pm for registered SELLERS TO SET UP.  Close down by 9:00pm. 
DOORS OPEN 6:30PM - 8:30PM FOR EVERYONE TO SHOP.

Sellers

SELLERS MUST BE MOUNTAINEERS MEMBERS and must register in advance to reserve a table.  There is a $10 charge to help offset the cost of the facility rental.  Your sales are cash, check, Pay Pal or Venmo (seller discretion). Credit or debit cards cannot be accepted.  You keep all of your proceeds.  You MUST register online in advance to sell gear. Sellers set up at 5:30 pm. Doors open at 6:30pm sharp.   

SELLERS ARE LIMITED TO ONE 6-FOOT TABLE.  YOU MAY HAVE TO SHARE A TABLE.  If you have a very large item(s) that will not fit on or under a table, please let me know.  Bob Keranen.

Shoppers

SHOPPERS: Open to the public- no charge- no registration.  Bring cash. Some sellers might accept checks or online payments (Venmo, Paypal) at their discrection.  No credit or debit cards. You may come any time between 6:30 and 8:30pm.

Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS:  No Charge. Click on "Buy Tickets" and choose the free "Volunteer" ticket type.
