From Feeling to Action: Communication with Intention - Online Classroom

This Leadership Development Series webinar is designed to help you strengthen your ability to communicate with authenticity, empathy, and intention as an outdoor leader and beyond.

  • Casual

Leading outdoor activities sometimes involve navigating high-stakes conversations, diverse perspectives, and inevitable moments of conflict. This workshop is designed to help you strengthen your ability to communicate with authenticity, empathy, and intention.

You’ll learn to:

  • Recognize and connect with your emotions somatically.
  • Understand the link between feelings, needs, and action.
  • Express yourself with more authenticity and clarity.
  • Cultivate empathy for yourself and others and communicate with effectiveness.

Through real-world scenarios, non-violent communication framework, and guided reflection, you’ll uncover your own patterns in conflict, practice tools for constructive dialogue, and understand why conversations break down.

You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools for authentic dialogue, and a workbook with assessment tools to help you connect with a wide range of audience.
