Tacoma Branch Sea Kayaking Program
Trips
We sea kayak all over Puget Sound, in the Straits of Juan de Fuca, along the Washington coast, and even in Canada. We paddle all year round; winter has its own beauty and attractions. To ensure the safety of the group we ask that participants be graduates of our Basic Sea Kayaking course or apply for basic sea kayaking equivalency to hop on our trips.

Our basic sea kayaking course already began in the spring, and is closed to further registration. Dates for 2026 are April 11-12 and 25-26, with both weekends required for each participant and is the pattern for each year. If you have questions about this course, contact the Chair person shown in the course listing.
