Intro to Wildlife Photography

Wildlife photography is one of the most popular genres of nature photography.  It offers a challenge that requires specialized equipment, skillset, an intimate understanding of your subject, and patience.  This course is designed to get you started on your journey to taking better wildlife images,  starting with equipment considerations and explanations, along with wildlife photography fundamentals and expectations.   We will also discuss basic field craft on locating and successfully capturing high quality photos of animals.   Most of the content will be geared towards photographing local raptors like bald eagles and owls in preparation for a potential field trip in December.
