DETAILS FOR VOLUNTEERS HOSTING THIS EVENT

• Expected Attendance: 70
• Notes:

  We no longer need a projector and projector cart.  No microphone.

   Chairs:

  The stacks of chairs can be on the west side of the room, near the windows. We'll set them up around the tables.

  Rectangular Tables (per attached):

  Set up 23 rectangular tables: 

  2 tables will go along the south wall for instructor sign in and check in.

  2 tables will go near the SW doors for student sign-in,

  1 table will go against the SE wall for compass checks.

  6 sets of 3 tables each will go in the main space of the room, arranged in a 3-sided rectangle.
