Give the Gift of Basic Needs
Cotopaxi will be providing upcycled backpacks to build kits for refugees at the Arizona/Mexico border seeking refuge from their perilous pasts. Cotopaxi partners with The International Refugee Committee to help resettlement efforts for refugees starting new lives. With your help, we will be assembling these packs medical supplies, hygiene items, and welcoming notes of encouragement to send to our future neighbors.
IRC on the Border
Families escaping economic disaster have undertaken a dangerous journey to the United States, seeking refuge from persecution and danger in in Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. Central Americans have the right to request asylum in the U.S. without being criminalized, turned back, or separated from their children. The IRC is helping refugees to seek asylum and together, we can respond to their needs and unique cases by lending a helping hand.
