Meet The Mountaineers Info Session - July 11

Join us for Meet The Mountaineers! The evening consists of a meet and greet (10 mins) and a 80-minute interactive presentation giving you opportunities to meet your fellow Mountaineers, learn about our history and how you can get involved, and get a quick overview of our website to find opportunities to jump in and get outside. We'll hold additional time at the end to continue your conversations with fellow Mountaineers and get your questions answered. 

You do not need to be a member to attend. All are welcome. Come and bring friends. The session starts at 6:30pm, but we encourage you to arrive early and say hello to your fellow new Mountaineers and explore our Bookstore. 

Parking is abundant and free at our Seattle Program Center. We also have bike racks, and the bus #75 stops right out front.

Note: the majority of this evening is devoted to learning more about The Mountaineers and our most popular programs. You'll also have the opportunity to meet other new members with similar interests and get your questions answered. If you are looking to connect with other people, we recommend this event but also encourage you to go ahead and sign up for an activity now - getting outside with us is the best way to meet other people who are passionate about the natural world. The event is child-friendly, however it's catered for adults and only briefly covers our youth programs, so if you have youth specific questions please contact our member services team.
