"Last Stand: The Vanishing Caribou Rainforest" film premiere
Journey into the world's largest remaining inland temperate rainforest, the home of the endangered mountain caribou.
This film highlights a stunning ecosystem in peril, and show how choices made now will decide its fate. As agencies in the U.S. and Canada fail to regulate industrial resource extraction effectively, to honor the treaty rights of indigenous peoples, or to protect the integrity of the natural systems of this region, First Nations, scientists, foresters, conservationists, and recreationists are attempting to chart a new path forward, before it is too late.
