Junior MAC will spend four days, three nights camping at Nason Creek Campground:

Site 64: Chris, Toren, Talia, Misa, Aila, Kam
Site 66: Sarah, Macy, Rene, Dani, Katy
Site 67: Christine, Ellis, Lisa, Finn, Paul, Ben

This trip will consist of some single pitch climbing and hiking.

Personal Gear to bring: (check weather and pack accordingly)

  • Clothes – Pack for HOT conditions
  • AMPLE sun protection - sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, sun shirt, etc. et. 
  • One outfit for hiking/climbing, one outfit for wearing at camp at night
  • Good layering system for protecting yourself from the sun in the day and staying warm in the evening
    • Comfy, loose clothes for climbing
    • Slightly warmer clothes for the evening
  • Backpack – A day pack for carrying your personal items with you during climbing
  • Shoes
  • Hiking Boots or Sneakers
  • Camp Shoes (optional) 
  • Climbing Shoes (can be borrowed from The Mountaineers) 
  • Camping items
  • Personal mess kit including: plate/bowl, utensils, cup
  • Camp chair
  • Tent (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
  • Sleeping bag/pad (can be borrowed from the Mountaineers with advance notice)
  • Pillow
  • Toiletries (restrooms available at campsite)
  • Headlamp/flashlight with extra batteries
  • Food – lunches/snacks for yourself/family for Saturday and Sunday
  • Water – 3 liters per person per day minimum 
  • Climbing gear – harness, belay device, helmet
  • All climbing gear can be borrowed from the Mountaineers sometime in the week before the trip
