During the Support Strokes session, we will examine the obvious, and not-so-obvious uses of the body and the blade to maintain, and regain balance in a narrow kayak.

Prerequisites - Basic Sea Kayaking graduates (or equivalents), and Basic Sea Kayaking students who have completed at least one student paddle. Priority given to 2018 Basic Sea Kayaking students, and volunteers who helped with the Basic Sea Kayaking Course.

 

Meet at the north end of Concrete Beach at 7am. We will launch at 8am, and conclude shortly after 12pm.
