This seminar is for climbers wanting to take it to the next level! We will cover efficient climbing technique, drills to improve your ability, and fitness and nutrition. Mercedes Pollmeier, fitness coach at the Seattle Bouldering Project and author of Simple Strength, will be leading the session and sharing her wealth of experience.

This seminar is intended for climbers who want to improve their overall movement technique. This seminar will focus on developing controlled footwork, emphasizing intentional decision making for each footwork technique so that your movements will be more efficient.
We will be getting on the climbing wall to try and apply different footwork techniques that will helpelevate your climbing ability to the next level.
This session will be interactive and hands-on. Bring your climbing harness, helmet, and belay device.
7pm in Goodman C at the Seattle Program Center. Clinic should be roughly 2 hours.
