Pre-work conditioner for climbers/scramblers. We will move as a group at a steady conversational pace with minimal breaks. At the top, we can take 5-10 minutes for a snack, then we will head back to the car. Who doesn't love a quick hike before work?
Bring the weight that makes sense for you at this point in the year; if you want to keep it light, do it! Need to carry extra weight? Awesome!
