Conditioner for KC SIG (members of the SIG automatically have permission to register). Others, please wait until 2 weeks before then request leader permission (include recent hikes with elevation gain, pack weight, time up, etc).

Aiming for less than 2 hours to base of the boulders. Carry 20% of body weight (but no less than 25 lbs, no more than 50 lbs) in less than 2 hours to the base of the boulders in order to complete your Basic conditioning evaluation. Recommend using water for weight so it can be dumped at the top. 

Meet at 5:45pm at the Mount Si main trailhead (Discover Pass required). Boots on trail by 6pm. Carpools organized via email.
