Conditioner for KC SIG (members of the SIG automatically have permission to register). Others, please wait until 2 weeks before then request leader permission (include recent hikes with elevation gain, pack weight, time up, etc).

Aiming for less than 2 hours to base of rocks. Carry 20% of body weight (but no less than 25 lbs, no more than 50 lbs) in order to qualify for Basic conditioning eval.

6pm at Mt Si trailhead (Discover Pass required).
