Footwear is up to you. Dress according to the weather as it will go rain or shine.

If you are in SMCG/R SIG or the WMCR course you have permission to sign up; open to everyone after April 16

This is a conditioning hike, we will hike from TH to bench in 2 hours.

Eventually you need to be able to carry 20% of body weight or 25lbs up to the bench below the haystack in under 2 hours. It's up to you on how much weight you want to carry for this hike.

I will be at the TH ready to weigh packs by 5:45pm. We plan to start hiking no later than 6. Confirmation email will be sent before the hike with more details.

I will have room for a carpool from downtown, email me or find me on slack if interested.
