Almost all of this hike will be in the dark and the trip will run rain or shine!

From the parking lot, we'll start out on the Dirty Harry's Peak Trail. Then we'll turn off on the Dirty Harry's Balcony Trail. At the Balcony, we'll have a quick snack and then return the way we came.

Bring a pack weight of your choosing, something that will challenge you, but allow you to keep a moderate pace. We'll aim for a pace of 1.5-2.0 mph, but will adjust based on the group's needs.

Headlamps required. 

If we've climbed together or you've been on my conditioning hikes before, you have permission to sign up! All others, please request permission and let me know what other hikes you've done recently.

*Since this is the day before halloween, any hiking-appropriate costumes or halloween apparel are highly encouraged!

We'll meet in the Dirty Harry's Trailhead parking lot at 5:45 p.m. for a quick introduction. Boots on the trail at 6 p.m. sharp.
