Meet at the Mt. Si trailhead by the bathrooms at 8:00am.

Required Equipment
- Decent footwear for hiking
- Pack
- Headlamp & extra batteries (weeknight hikes often end in the dark)
- Snacks & water
- An extra layer of warm clothing
- A rain shell (always, just in case)
- 10 essentials
If carrying extra weight is desired for training, jugs of water are recommended. You can buy bottled water by the gallon at the grocery store, and each gallon adds 8 lbs. It is strongly recommended that you buy the plastic containers that are made of CLEAR plastic (similar to the type of plastic 2 liter soda bottles are made from) as opposed to the semi-opaque plastic (similar to what gallons of milk are made from.) The clear plastic ones are much more durable, can be reused, and are less likely to break inside your pack.
