Warm up for your day with Morning Yoga at Meany Lodge

Get ready for a busy day of hiking and trail running with an invigorating morning yoga session! Warm-up for the day's adventures with yoga poses that help you relax and focus while lengthening and loosening your muscles so you can run or hike more comfortably throughout the day with less chance of injury.

The class is appropriate for all levels.  No previous yoga experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.  If not, bring a beach towel or something similar to lie down on.   Optional equipment includes:

yoga blocks 
yoga strap (an old tie or belt will work too)
blanket
bolster or cushion
