Yoga Hike - Cougar Mountain: Harvey Manning Trailhead

This is a club hike that includes yoga, for warmup and stretching before the hike, a longer session back at the trailhead after the hike.

We'll do a dynamic yoga warm-up at Million Dollar View, then hike down the Shangri-la Trail to the Fantastic Erratic where we'll take a short break.  We'll return to the trailhead via the West Tibbets Creek, Klondike, and Lost Beagle trails.  We'll get our yoga mats and any props from our cars and finish with yoga at Million Dollar View to stretch and relaxed the muscles we worked during the hike.

Meet at the Harvey Manning Trailhead at 10:00am.

Yoga mat (you can use a beach towel or blanket if you don't have a yoga mat)

Yoga strap (you can use a belt or long necktie if you don't have a strap)

Yoga blocks and a blanket are recommended.
