Field trip: Yoga for Hikers, Backpackers and Trail Runners

Yoga Hike - Stan's Overlook

We'll hike at a moderate pace for 2.5 miles to Stan's Overlook, stop briefly for a snack and to enjoy the views, then head back to the trailhead. After the hike we'll do an hour yoga session at the trailhead.
