Yoga Hike - Spray Park

This 8 mile 1700 ft gain out and back trail takes us to one of the most beautiful and frequently photographed areas in stunning Mt Rainier National Park. Spray Park is known for breathtaking view and flowers. So, to help us breathe, Michelle Peterson will lead our yoga sessions. Plan for a full day and a memorable one!

This hike involves significant elevation gain and switchbacks. Access to the trailhead includes a lengthy stretch of dusty, potholed gravel road. We will be out of cell range and away from emergency services for at least 8 hours.

10 essentials are required, poles are strongly recommended and leader will vet participants for recent comparable hiking experience. This is NOT a beginner hike. 

Pre and post hike stretches will be included along with the opportunity to meditate and be present in an extraordinary place. Please bring a towel or Z pad for yoga.
