Yoga Hike - Grand Prospect

This is a strenuous hike with a dynamic yoga warm-up at the trailhead and some recovery yoga poses back at the trailhead after the hike.

This is a strenuous hike, and since we will be adding yoga to the mix, you should have done hikes with similar difficultly recently. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding whether you should sign up for this hike or not.

We will meet below the Trailhead at Snoqualmie Point Park for our first yoga session. There is limited parking at this lot. So you can park outside the gate or at the trailhead lot for Grand Prospect and then walk to our meeting place at the Park.

A Discovery Pass is not required for parking at Snoqualmie Point Park, but is if you park at the trailhead. Parking on the road below does not require a Pass but often fills up.

10 essentials, water and snacks. You do not need to bring a yoga mat, but please bring some hiking poles. We will be using these for some standing yoga poses.
