For this Online virtual Mentored Leader Course Lecture Session we will begin with a participant check and updates on past topics, review briefly progress on Goals/Expectations/Style drafts, Hello templates and gaining leadership experience. We will dive into trip planning 101, have a presentation on Weather and allow time for a breakout with the small groups.

- We will touch base on your home work assignments of creating your draft Goals/Expectations/Style and Hello (trip) email template.
- We topics for this session include trip planning 101 and a presentation on Weather: managing trip safely with typical Pacific Northwest forecasts.
This session will be held as a virtual online Zoom session. We will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The link for the session will be emailed to participants in advance of the session. We will log in early at 6:20pm so participants should plan to log in early and be ready to go at 6:30pm. Feel free to grab your favorite beverage and eat dinner during the session.
