March GoHike Pacing Urban Walk: 2 - 4 miles, 0 - 750 feet gain (optional). - Lord Hill Regional Park

GoHike Urban Walks are outings of at least two miles or longer that take place on city or suburban streets, parks or greenbelts. GoHike Pace Walks are low-stress urban walks designed to help you determine where you are in terms of gear, the pace (1.5 - 2 mph) and distance you can complete comfortably. These trips are designed to assist you in developing your goals for conditioning and hiking, so that you can determine what level of walks or hikes and pace would be the best fit for you to sign up for - no pressure, no judgment! At Lord Hill, we will hike the Beaver Lake, Pipeline, and Main Trails.

  • Mileage: 3.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 386 ft
  • Pace: 1.5 - 2 mph

The Lord Hill trails can be muddy after recent rainy weather and they tend to hold water.  Waterproof hiking boots or shoes and hiking poles are recommended.

We will meet at the Lord Hill trailhead off of 127th Ave NE at 9:00 am geared up and ready to hike. There is a port-a-potty at the trailhead and no parking pass is required.

Our trip goals are to be safe, have fun, and enjoy one another's company as we explore the Beaver Lake, Pipeline, and Main Trails at Lord Hill.
