Calling all women who hike to the beat of their own drum! Mark your calendar for an evening with other femme adventurers to discuss women-specific outdoor clothing and gear, hygiene management, and common safety concerns. Your event leader has proudly covered thousands of trail miles, over multiple decades, on adventures around the globe. (and guided many right here at home in all seasons!) They are excited to share the gear selection criteria, tips, tricks, and lessons learned along the way to support your adventures. No topic is off-limits in this session.

Women in the Mountaineers, teen daughters, and supportive partners are also welcome to attend as long as they participate from a single account.
NOTE:  While this seminar is aimed primarily toward women early in their backpacking journey, participants should have basic familiarity with backpacking. This will not be comprehensive coverage of backpacking gear and skills but focused primarily on women-specific topics.
